4.3.2 CPU Configuration

Hyper-Threading

Enables/disables Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology.

Active Processor Cores

Number of cores to enable in processor. Options: All, 1.

Limit CPUID Value Maximum

When Enabled, the processor will limit the maximum CPUID

input value to 03h when queried, even if the processor sup-

ports a higher CPUID input value. When Disabled, the proces-

sor will return the actual maximum CPUID input value of the

processor when queried. Enable this option to allow compatibil-

ity with older operating systems.

Execute Disable Bit

Allows you to enable or disable the No-Execution Page Protec-

tion Technology. Setting this item to [Disabled] forces the XD
